Tidings
Well, Xmas has come and gone and practical gifts have once again been the order of the day, which is great because it saves me several shopping trips and the agonny of choosing which particular kind of toaster, or clothes dryer I should buy.
Also I got £15 worth of iTunes songs, which is great because I only buy the best tracks from there anyway.
And I'm going to see the debut gig by The Shinings in a couple of days too, a big Uke party with lots of friends. Superb.
Also I get a week off afterwards, not only off work but off all the little stressful things that happen when you try to relax. Maybe I'll hide somewhere and not tell anyone - maybe thats the only time anyone gets any true peace & quiet.
Oh and Dan Brown writes childrens books based on adult ideas, and JK Rowling writes adult books based on childish ideas.
I'll stick to Rankin, Crichton, Palahniuk & Suzuki. And that one last Harry Potter book, seeing as I read the rest...
